Clevis AI provides agricultural management tools and AI-powered insights. You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You retain full ownership of all farm data you upload to Clevis AI. We do not claim any rights to your data.
Clevis AI provides information and recommendations as a tool to assist farm management decisions. We are not liable for farming outcomes based on our recommendations.
Clevis AI offers a paid Pro subscription (billed monthly or annually). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Depending on where you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider on the web or through your Apple App Store or Google Play account for mobile in-app purchases.
Free trial: New subscriptions may begin with a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, and your payment method is automatically charged for the first billing period when the trial ends unless you cancel before the end of the trial. We send a reminder before the trial ends. Certain features that incur immediate third-party costs — such as equipment data connections (e.g., John Deere Operations Center) — are not included in the trial; activating them ends the trial and begins paid billing immediately, as disclosed at the point of activation. One trial per customer. If a trial is canceled or the first charge cannot be completed, the account continues with limited free functionality.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time — from your account settings on the web, or through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings for in-app purchases. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies and are requested through them.
Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance and take effect at your next renewal. See our full Terms of Service for complete subscription, fee, and payment terms.
Clevis AI provides an optional SMS messaging program that delivers price alerts, field notifications, and farm management updates to your mobile device. By enabling SMS notifications and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Clevis AI. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any other Clevis AI service.
Message frequency: Varies based on your configured alerts (typically 0–10 messages per week).
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out: Text STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.

We will not sell, share, or disclose your phone number or messaging opt-in information to any third party for marketing purposes. Supported carriers include major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for full data handling details.
